  • Changed your contact details, logo, photo or place of practice? You can contact us via email at any time during your membership with us and we will make any amendments to your listing within 3 business days.

  • Canceling your membership is a simple process that involves logging into your account on our website and clicking "cancel".

💡Terms:

  • You must be a registered mental health practitioner.

    • This means you must be a current, financial member of a relevant professional board or organisation with an established accreditation process, code of ethics and regulatory or complaints pathway.

  • Your profile will be published within 3 business days of receiving your completed practitioner listing details (this form will be sent to you immediately after registering).

  • 90-day free trial: Your membership includes a 90-day free trial, calculated from the date and time you sign up.

  • Automatic billing: Unless you cancel before your trial expires, you will automatically be charged the annual membership fee of $290 (incl. GST). Your membership will then renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

  • Renewal reminder: We'll send you an email reminder 7 days before your free trial ends, so you have time to decide whether you'd like to continue your membership.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

  • Refunds: Payments made after your free trial or subsequent renewals are non-refundable for change of mind, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please read our No Refund Policy.
