January 2026 Community Newsletter: Happy New Year!

January: Welcome back!
Hello there,
Happy new year! I hope that you've had an easeful start to the new year.
We're delighted to share our first newsletter back and look forward to staying connected with you going forward.
To ensure that our work directly supports you, we'd like to start the year by asking you if there are any topics in particular that you would like us to share more information on.
For example, we noticed last year that there was plenty of interest around the topic of internalised racism, as well as invalidating childhood experiences. If there are other topics that come to mind for you, please let us know and we'll create learning modules that speak to these themes.
Any and all suggestions are welcomed, please hit "reply" to this email - we look forward to hearing from you!
